What payment method's are accepted? top
Australian buyers can pay by Paypal. If you are paying by Bank Deposit then we will send you the bank details once you have completed check out. We will confirm payment when funds have transferred into our account. Your handmade crafts will not be sent until payment has been received. Please use your invoice numbers as a reference so we can confirm your payment.
International buyers can pay by paypal.
Please note that you do not have to register with Paypal to use this payment method.
Please note that Paypal is one of the safest and most recognised (they have over 150 million users worldwide) ways to shop online as they offer independent security and buyer protection.
Paypal uses state of the art fraud prevention to stop cyber crime. As a fraud prevention measure you will receive an email for every online payment you make with paypal. Your transactions are also covered by Paypals Buyer Complaint Policy.

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from our store. Although if you already have a Paypal account then you may use that account.
Do you offer exchange or refunds? top
It is extremely important to me that your are completely satisfied with your goods. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, then we will organise an exchange for you. We do not refund for change of mind. Please note that we can only exchange items if you return them to us in a saleable condition.

You will be responsibile for all postage costs. However, if the goods are different from the original order then they will be replaced at no additional cost. If you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact me and we will try and work out a solution asap.
Please note that due to differences in the way colours are displayed on computer monitors the colours of the item may not be an exact match with that displayed on your monitor. Please contact us if you have any queries or concerns.

When can I expect to receive my order? top
Orders from stock will be dispatched within 2 working days. Customised orders may take up to 4 weeks. Delivery Time on customised orders will be advised when placing an order.
Do you do rush orders? top
If possible. If you need items urgently please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we can advise you if your request can be met within your time frame.
Please be aware that using Express Post will incur an additional charge.
Do you do customised or personalised orders? top
Yes we do. If you have a special request please contact us on email@example.com and we will advise you on costs and delivery times. Production times vary depending on the volume of work.

You can personalise any of our handmade cards for only AU$1.00 each.
Just add the below listing as many times to your cart along with the handmade cards that you require personalised.
If you purchase 3 cards and you would like all 3 cards personalised then please add this listing 3 times to your cart. Then in the comments section please advise the text you would like on the cards you have purchased.
If you purchase 3 cards but only would like 1 card personalised then please only add this listing once to your cart and in the comments section please leave me a note and tell me which card out of the 3 it is you would like personalised and the text changes.
Once your order/payment is received a proof will be sent for your approval before the card is created.

Will my item look exactly like the one in the photo? top
As these items are handmade we can not guarantee that they will be exactly the same as the photo. Where the fabric is cut will determine the position of the pattern on the item and buttons may vary in size. Any variations will be slight and you probably will not notice the difference. However, we will endeavour to do everything to ensure your item is as described.
